USDM is issued by Moneta Digital with NBX as co-issuer. Every USDM in circulation is backed 1:1 by reserves held by Moneta. Attestation reports — independently audited statements of reserve composition — are published periodically by Moneta.

The Coalition only deploys into audited, doxxed protocols. The primary protocol partner is Fluid (FluidTokens), which has been audited by independent reviewers. Audit summaries and full reports are published by each protocol on their own sites.

Every coalition deployment is traceable to a known wallet address. The list below is the source of truth for verifying that what we publish on /snapshot and /pulse actually happened on-chain.

The Coalition is administrative, not a DAO. The principles below are how decisions get made — and how partners hold each other accountable.

Merit-based selection

DApps and partners are evaluated on what they actually deliver — code, traction, deployment data — not on relationships or marketing.

Data-driven allocation

Capital is reallocated every 30 days based on real on-chain metrics: utilization, borrower count, revenue per market. Subsidizing idle deposits is a waste of the garden.

Mandatory borrower incentives

Lending-side participation requires an active borrower incentive program. Capital that doesn't reach borrowers doesn't help anyone.

Public deployment

Every coalition deployment is on-chain, traceable, attributable. The wallet addresses below are how you verify what we say.

Non-custodial coordination

The Coalition never holds partner capital. Each partner deploys directly into non-custodial smart contracts from their own treasury.
